Fable & Spirit

Steeped in the colorful mythology of Irish culture, Fable & Spirit is a modern dining room in Newport Beach from husband-and-wife team Darren and Jean Coyle. Their daughter Ali oversees the wine program as Director of Wines & Sommelier, while their son Drew runs the spirits side of the house. In the kitchen, Executive Chef David Shofner builds a globally inspired menu around a rotisserie and wood-fire grill, letting honest, bold flavors speak for themselves. The result is a thoughtful range of dishes meant to satisfy every kind of craving.
